Employee Spotlight - Welcome Lisa and Jonathan
We are pleased to announce that Lisa Young and Jonathan Mills have joined the PYA Waltman Capital team.
Lisa has joined us as a Client Service Associate and will be the initial point of contact when you visit our office. Don’t worry, she will keep the candy dish full and will work alongside Connie to ensure our clients continue to receive the warm welcome they are accustomed to. In addition to greeting visitors, Lisa will also be responsible for invoicing, retirement plan client support, and marketing.
When she is not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves traveling and exploring new cities, and most recently, she visited the Grand Canyon for the first time! She also likes to take spontaneous road trips to see her favorite bands when they are playing concerts in nearby cities. Additionally, Lisa spends her time taking advantage of everything that downtown Knoxville has to offer. She enjoys attending events at the Tennessee Theater, checking out festivals that are held throughout the year, and trying out the newest restaurants or coffee shops.

Jonathan Mills has joined the team as an Associate Analyst and will serve on our Investment Management committee. Jonathan will be responsible for trade operations in addition to assisting with research, analyses and report preparation.
When he is not in the office, Jonathan enjoys exercising and recreational sports like basketball, tennis, and snowboarding. Jonathan also enjoys traveling with friends and family to places like Rocky Mountain National Park, the Badlands in South Dakota, and the Grand Canyon. Additionally, Jonathan spends lots of time following University of Tennessee Athletics. Having grown up regularly attending games, Jonathan rarely misses the opportunity to support the UT football and basketball teams. Jonathan’s other interests include: reading, movies, and going to Market Square on the weekends.
